In this training we will learn how to set employee goals in iConnect POS.
- Log in to your web POS.
- Select Advanced settings and then Tasks/Goals
Select ‘Goals’ tab.
You will now notice a Summary tab that summarizes monthly goals for each employee.
*You can filter by year/month.
To set goals select ‘Individual’ tab.
- Select the employee you want to set goals for.
You can also select different months to update by selecting the month filter on top.
You have 2 options to set goals:
- Monthly goals – Here you input monthly amount that will be divided equally according to the amount of days in that month.
- Daily goals – Here you can set different goal amount for each day.
Add the monthly goal amount for products and services and hit ‘Set monthly goals’.
*You will notice that this amount is now divided equally for each day.
Add daily amount for each day for products and services.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and simply click ‘Save.’
Your goal is now set.
