In this training, you will learn how to set up a Loyalty Program for Customers and Employees when they spend every dollar on their Transaction.
- Login to your Company Administrator where you see the dashboard.
- Next, go to Marketing >> Loyalty Program
- You Have to Choose Loyalty provider e.g. Build in or 3rd Third Party Provider known as Synergy.
- You can set reward amount for every Dollar you spend e.g. 10 Cent and also have the minimum redeem amount.
- You can also enable or disable other features, such as "Deduct points on refund" if you would like. Once you are done, press 'Save' and sync your register.
